At Arden Vale, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.
• Be returned in their original packaging.
• Include all accessories and components supplied with the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

• Made-to-order or customised products.
• Products that have been cut, installed, modified or damaged after delivery.
• Clearance or final sale items (where stated).

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order is damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong item, contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographs of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our customer support team with:

• Your order number.
• The reason for your return.
• Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

We'll provide instructions on how to return your order.

Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

If a return is approved due to a fault or our error, we'll arrange a replacement or refund, including any applicable return shipping costs.
